MES ENERGY S.A. executives participated again in the exhibition Intersolar Europe, which took place on May 11-13 2022, at the Messe München exhibition centre in Munich, Germany. In the exhibition, which constitutes the largest platform for the solar energy industry, 1,356 exhibitors from 46 countries participated, while more than 65,000 visitors from 149 countries attended. MESOGEOS S.A. undertook, in consortium with AKTOR FM S.A. and GLOBITEL S.A., the “Maintenance and upgrade of the street lighting in the main roads of the Attica Region in order to save energy and reduce operating costs”. The relevant tender was conducted through an Open Process of the National System of Electronic Public Procurement (ESIDIS), by the Region of Attica, by the Directorate of Project Development Planning and the Directorate of Metropolitan Infrastructure Management. On November 4, 2021, MES ENERGY S.A. received permits for 8 energy storage projects using accumulators, with a total power of 338 MW. The first permit concerns the installation of batteries of 150 MW total power, divided into 3 projects of 50 MW each.
