Specifically, a public contract titled “Ancillary Street Lighting Works within the Intervention Area of the Municipality of Thebes” was signed. MES Energy S.A., as part of the tender process for the “Supply of Electric Vehicles and Chargers” under Call AT12 “E-mobility Actions for Municipalities,” has undertaken the procurement of one (1) large 42-seat electric bus, including accessibility for people with disabilities (AMEA). The Municipality of Hersonissos will utilize the offered electric, urban-type bus to enhance its municipal transportation system and serve the needs of vulnerable groups, as well as cater to cultural needs and activities.
