MES Energy S.A. has successfully completed the project entitled ‘Supporting street lighting actions within the intervention area of the Municipality of Thebes’. The project was implemented fully and on time, in accordance with the contract’s technical specifications and the current regulatory framework, aiming to modernise and improve the operation of municipal street lighting.
The physical scope of the project included the supply, installation, and commissioning of street lighting equipment, as well as the support of its operational management through control and remote management systems.
Specifically, the following were implemented:
- Supply and installation of 217 street lighting fixtures
- Supply and installation of 224 post-top lighting fixtures, including a 3.5m metal pole
- Supply and installation of 441 lighting controllers for the operational support of the network
- Supply and installation of 1 street lighting remote management software
- Installation of 15 autonomous solar lights with battery including 8m pole.
The project enhances the functionality and technical modernisation of street lighting in the Municipality of Thebes, supporting contemporary management practices and the integration of RES solutions into the urban fabric.
