MES Energy S.A. undertook, on behalf of the Municipality of Delphi, the supply and installation of an integrated leakage control system and a central telemetry system for the water supply network, which includes the creation of a Central Control Station (C.C.S.) and Portable Control Stations (PCS) for the collection, remote control and remote management of the network, the supply and installation of Local Control Stations (55 C.C.S.) of operational parameters (supply, pressure and level) in reservoirs, pumping stations and boreholes of the external aqueduct of the settlements, for the monitoring and remote control of the operational parameters of the external aqueduct, the supply and installation of all the software required for the operation of the system, the supply and installation of all the necessary instruments (supply, pressure, etc.), factory acceptance testing and on-site acceptance testing (on-site testing), delivery of designs, operation and maintenance manuals (documentation), training of Service personnel in system operations, support and maintenance, three (3) month completion testing of the operations and delivery of the System.
