MES ENERGY S.A. undertook and completed on behalf of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama the supply and installation of equipment of renewable and alternative energy technologies in social infrastructures of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama in the framework of the project “Indicative Use of Renewable & Alternative Energy Technologies in Social Infrastructures of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama”.
In fact, MES ENERGY S.A. undertook the supply and installation of aH2 Greenery Production Unit, which consists of an electrolytic compressor unit, as well as all additional auxiliary subsystems, the supply and installation of twelve (12) autonomous luminaires for the lighting needs of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company, the supply and installation of one (1) multifunctional column for monitoring and facilitating the activities of the Company, the establishment of a microgrid of RES and Alternative Technologies at the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama Facilities which includes an Energy Saving System for the WWTP, a 100 kW Autonomous Photovoltaic Power Plant, Biological Treatment Plant LED Perimeter Lighting and Pumping Station/Tank LED Lighting. In addition, two (2) electric bicycles and seven (7) electric bicycles with accompanying charging stations were delivered. Finally, the company undertook the supply and installation of metering equipment.
The contract “Supply and Installation of Renewable and Alternative Energy Technologies and Metering Equipment in Social Infrastructure of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama” is included in sub-project No 1 & 2, while the contract “Supply and Installation of Auxiliary Equipment of Renewable and Alternative Energy Technologies and Metering Equipment in Social Infrastructure of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama” is included in sub-project No 5 of the Act: “Demonstrated Use of Renewable & Alternative Energy Technologies in Social Infrastructures of the Municipal Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Drama” is implemented in the framework of the Programme EEA Grants 2014-2021 “Renewable Energy Sources, Energy Efficiency, Energy Security”/GR-Energy with co-funding from the EEA and Norway Grants (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) (75%) and from the Public Investment Programme of the Hellenic Republic (25%).
