MES Energy S.A. within the framework of the act “Improving the Road Safety of the Municipality of Distomo”, undertook and completed the sub-project “Upgrading of street lighting to improve road safety in the Municipality of Distomo, Arachova Antikyra”.
More specifically, it undertook the procurement and installation of 632 LED luminaires of which 537 luminaires are road type for bracket mounting and 95 luminaires are luminaires of the Traditional Lantern type (all supplied luminaires have a suitable NEMA socket for mounting the wireless luminaire controllers) and wireless luminaire controllers of two types (Controllers with Cellular + Mesh connectivity and Controllers with Mesh connectivity).
LED luminaires not only achieve better visibility, but also withstand adverse weather conditions and offer overall the best possible quality and aesthetic result. In addition, through the adoption of lighting technologies that minimize energy consumption, the environment is protected and sustainable development is promoted.
